Actress Nora Arnezeder buys hilltop spot with views of the Hollywood sign
French actress and singer Nora Arnezeder has bought a home with a view in the Hollywood Hills for $1.395 million.
Set on a hilltop, the two-story has panoramic vistas of nearly 360 degrees that take in the Griffith Observatory, the Hollywood sign and downtown L.A.
The quaint house has a great room with cathedral ceilings, living room and master bedroom fireplaces, a formal dining room, a loft library and a den. The 2,200 square feet of living space include four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Arnezeder, 26, will star in this year’s upcoming series “Zoo.” Last year she appeared in several episodes of the comedy “Mozart in the Jungle.” She was also a regular on the 2011 series “Xanadu.”
The 1949 home came on the market for the first time in 55 years in March at $1.529 million.
Nick Tatone and Samara Saffian of Dilbeck Real Estate were the listing agents. Noelle Renee Gayral and Benaz Soltani of Coldwell Banker represented the actress.
