Caitlyn Jenner’s onetime home in Calabasas is for sale
Caitlyn Jenner made her momentous debut on the cover of Vanity Fair the same day a home once owned by Jenner and Kris Kardashian came on the market in Calabasas at $2.599 million.
Set in gated Calabasas Park, the Mediterranean was owned by the now-divorced reality stars from 2004 to 2006. A sly nod to this fact is in the listing text: “Nearly total privacy is offered in this wonderful newer home, which has a very interesting celebrity ownership history.” That’s an understatement.
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” mainstays bought the house for $1.765 million and two years later sold to the current seller for $2.425 million. Jenner, a gold-medal-winning decathlon Olympian, has been making headlines after coming out as transgender.
Some 4,600 square feet of living space includes an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island, a bonus room, five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The three-quarter-acre lot contains covered patios, a swimming pool with a spa and a horseshoe pit. There’s a three-car garage. The house was built 15 years ago.
Daniel McNamee of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent.
