Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington-Whitely list their compound in Hollywood Hills
Action film star Jason Statham and Victoria’s Secret model Rosie Alice Huntington-Whiteley have listed their Hollywood Hills compound for sale at $8.999 million.
Set on more than half an acre, the walled compound was restored and updated during the couple’s ownership by New York-based Roman & Williams.
Living spaces within the 1929 Mediterranean include living and family rooms, a den, a library/study, a gym, six bedrooms and six bathrooms.
Steps with blue-tile risers lead down to the swimming pool. A blue- and aqua-tile fountain sits beside a terra-cotta dining patio.
Statham, 47, has been in the “Fast & Furious,” “Expendables” and “Transporter” films. The actor stars this year in “Wild Card,” “Spy” and “Furious Seven.” He’ll star next year in “Mechanic: Resurrection.”
Huntington-Whiteley, 28, also models for the British fashion house Burberry. She appears in this year’s film “Mad Max: Fury Road.”
They bought the property in 2011 for $7.325 million, public records show. Among former owners of the 1929 Spanish-style house are actors Ben Stiller and, earlier, Lou Diamond Phillips.
Ben Bacal of Rodeo Realty is the listing agent.
