Actress Joely Fisher sells her Sherman Oaks villa for less than she paid
Actress Joely Fisher has sold her home in Sherman Oaks for $3,472,500. She had bought the property in 2007 for $3.5 million, public records show.
The Spanish-style villa, built in 2006, has an Old World vibe with arched windows and openings, decorative wrought iron and colorful tile step risers. Inside the two-story grand entry, a wrought-iron chandelier is centered across a bank of skylights.
A great room off the kitchen, a formal dining room with a wood-beamed ceiling, a butler’s pantry, a library, an office, family and media rooms, seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms are within the 8,230 square feet of living space on two stories. The breakfast room overlooks the garden.
The half-acre site includes covered patios, multiple terraces, a swimming pool with a spa and a sports court. The guesthouse has its own kitchen.
Fisher, 46, has made several appearances on the series “Last Man Standing.” She starred in “ ‘Til Death” (2002-10), “Wild Card” (2003-05) and “Ellen” (1994-98).
She’s in the upcoming films “Killing Winston Jones” and “By the Rivers of Babylon.”
Andrew Manning of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties was the listing agent. Scott Wynne of Keller Williams represented the buyer.
