Former Sunset Strip home of X Games star Shaun White lists for $4 million
An investment property that Olympic and X Games gold medalist Shaun White sold a year ago for $2.3 million has flipped back on the market at $3.995 million.
The contemporary-style home in Hollywood Hills West , built in 1963, was recently renovated by designer Malgosia Migdal, who updated the 2,036 square feet of living space with a range of new materials. Among details of note are sliding walls of glass, updated bathrooms and a centerpiece fireplace with a new marble surround.
A redone eat-in kitchen draws the eye with a vibrant paneled island and dark-hued cabinetry. Other living spaces include a family room, an office.den, two bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Outdoors, a wrap-around deck invites entertaining with a patio and dining area. A swimming pool with a spa also lies within the quarter-acre lot.
Views take in the downtown skyline.
Aouri Makhlouf of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage holds the listing.
White, who owns other property in Southern California and Utah, is a two-time Winter Olympics gold medalist and the record holder for the most medals at the Winter X Games. The 30-year-old also has X Games gold medals for skateboarding.
