Supermodel Rachel Hunter gives it another go in Hollywood Hills West
Rachel Hunter is testing the market in Hollywood Hills West once more.
After listing her English Country-style estate in 2016 for a tad less than $5 million, the model-actress is putting it back on the market for $4.5 million.
The two-story home sits behind gates and hedges on a quarter of an acre above the Sunset Strip. Modern interior flourishes, such as exposed beam ceilings and a Dutch door entry, breathe new life into the 1930s spot.
Chandeliers hang over the master bedroom, master bathroom, dining area and kitchen, which also features stainless steel appliances and a subway tile backsplash.
An arched fireplace anchors the spacious living room, and French doors lead out to a stone patio next to a pool and spa. The grounds also hold an outdoor dining area and fire pit.
Five bedrooms and five bathrooms are spread across 5,000 square feet of living space. A balcony extends from the master suite, with views of the city.
Records show Hunter bought the home in 2004 for $2.425 million.
Annie Challis of Coldwell Banker Residential holds the listing.
Hunter, 48, has landed on the cover of Vogue, Elle, Playboy and Cosmopolitan during her modeling career. The New Zealand native has also starred in films such as “La Cucina” and “The Benchwarmers,” and started hosting her own show, “Rachel Hunter’s Tour of Beauty,” in 2015.
