NBA all-star David Lee eyes a big score for West Hollywood condo
David Lee is taking another shot in West Hollywood.
The two-time NBA all-star has relisted his massive condominium at the Sierra Towers for $18.495 million, down from $22.5 million last year.
Three contiguous units were combined to create the residence, which takes up a half-floor within the 31-story luxury high-rise. Expansive balconies and walls of floor-to-ceiling glass center on city-to-ocean views.
Lee bought the property last year for $13.5 million and spent six months working with Joseph Moore of INTENSIONdesign to remove walls and reimagine the floor plan. The condominium now offers roughly 5,500 square feet of raw, open space.
Permitted plans to finish the three-bedroom residence are also included, as are five covered parking spaces. Concierge services, a gym and a swimming pool are among building amenities.
Lee, 34, won an NCAA at Florida before being selected by the Knicks in the first round of the 2005 NBA Draft. The versatile forward-center, most recently with the San Antonio Spurs, has averaged 13.5 points and 8.8 rebounds in 12 seasons. He won an NBA title in 2015 with the Warriors.
Paul Stukin of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s International Realty, holds the listing.
