‘Office’ actor Oscar Nunez is ready to part with Nichols Canyon home
Oscar Nunez of “The Office” fame and wife Ursula Whittaker have put their home in the Nichols Canyon area of Hollywood Hills up for sale at about $2 million.
The ranch-style house is set at the end of a gated driveway on about half an acre of grounds. Built in 1979, the single-story home has a little over 2,250 square feet of interiors that include a sunken living room, a family room, a formal dining room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Raised decking, an outdoor dining area and lawn fill the grounds, which are surrounded by lush landscaping. Views take in the Hollywood sign and surrounding treetops.
Nunez, 59, has a supporting role on the TBS sitcom “People of Earth” and last year appeared in the film “Baywatch.” He starred as accountant Oscar Martinez on “The Office” for its entire nine-season run from 2005 to 2013.
Whittaker has television credits that include the show “Veronica Mars” and the medical dramas “ER” and “Grey’s Anatomy.”
They bought the property nearly a decade ago for $875,000, public records show.
Traci Eiler of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties holds the listing. The exact list price is $1,999,999.
