Actress and producer Eva Longoria, who gained fame on the series “Desperate Housewives,” has sold a home in Hollywood Hills for slightly more than $1.374 million.

The pink-hued Mediterranean-villa-style house sits up from the street and is entered through a gated courtyard.

Within the 2,011 square feet of living space are a formal entry, living and dining rooms, an updated kitchen and a bonus room. A circular breakfast nook adjoins the kitchen and takes in a view of the city lights through sets of arched windows.

The second-floor master suite has French doors that open to a terrace/sleeping porch. There are three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Longoria bought the house more than a decade ago for $1.15 million, The Times previously reported.

More recently she served as an executive producer for the Lifetime series “Devious Maids.”
