Singer Charlie Puth’s 1950s villa in Hollywood Hills lists for $2.2 million
Charlie Puth, whose hits include “See You Again” and “Attention,” is ready to record a sale in the Hollywood Hills.
The singer-songwriter has listed his five-bedroom villa near the Sunset Strip for $2.199 million, or $300,000 more than what he bought the home for in 2015, records show.
Set behind hedges and gates on a 6,300-square-foot lot, the house opens directly to an open floor plan holding a living room and kitchen. Downstairs, a second kitchen leads to a patio next to a saltwater pool and spa.
Built in 1958, the 4,350-square-foot home features marble and tiles imported from Verona, Tuscany and Bologna in Italy. The windows, floors, doors, cabinetry and ironwork were custom-made in Italy.
A wall of glass opens to a terrace spanning the back of the home.
Including the guest house, the property has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The master suite features a dual-sided fireplace, sitting area and a private balcony.
Other amenities include a wine room, sauna and an office that has been converted into a music studio.
Mica Rabineau of Nourmand & Associates holds the listing.
Puth, 26, found his footing on YouTube before signing with Ellen DeGeneres’ record label “eleveneleven” in 2011. His debut studio album, “Nine Track Mind,” was released in 2016.
