Breckin Meyer sells home in Beverly Hills vicinity
Actor Breckin Meyer and his wife, writer-producer Deborah Kaplan, have sold their house in the 90210 ZIP code for $2.775 million.
The 1936 traditional-style home features a formal entry, bay windows, a columned portico, vaulted wood-beam ceilings, a screening room, a den, an office, a roof terrace, five bedrooms, six bathrooms and 4,888 square feet of living space.
The third-acre lot includes a swimming pool and a vine-covered pergola.
Meyer, 39, stars on the comic legal series “Franklin & Bash,” which started in 2011, as well as the animated “Robot Chicken” series. His film work includes “Garfield” (2004), “Rat Race” (2001) and “Road Trip” (2000). Among Kaplan’s credits, she was a writer and director for the films “Josie and the Pussycats” (2001) and “Can’t Hardly Wait” (1998).

The couple put the house on the market in May at $2.995 million.
The property, which previously sold for $1.875 million a decade ago, is in the Beverly Crest neighborhood, according to The Times’ mapping database. This is considered the Beverly Hills postal area by the Multiple Listing Service.
Jackie Smith and Juliette Hohnen of Teles Properties were the listing agents. David Kramer of Hilton & Hyland/Christie’s International Real Estate represented the buyer.
