Tito Jackson said in a radio interview that sister Janet Jackson is indeed pregnant and is “hoping for a healthy baby.”

“Janet is very well pregnant. She’s doing very well, taking it easy. As you know, she’s off tour, so she’s protecting her health,” Jackson told Bravo host Andy Cohen during the Sirius XM radio show “Andy Cohen Live” on Monday.

There was speculation of a pregnancy when the 50-year-old singer unexpectedly posted a video addressed to her fans announcing that her “Unbreakable” world tour would be postponed as advised by her doctors.

“We’re in the second leg of the tour and there actually has been a sudden change,” she said. “My husband and I are planning our family, so I’m going to have to delay the tour. Please, if you can try and understand that it’s important that I do this now. I have to rest up, doctor’s orders, but I have not forgotten about you. I will continue to tour as soon as I possibly can.”

The “Rhythm Nation” singer and Qatari businessman Wissam Al Mana, 41, were married under the radar in 2012, with their nuptials going unnoticed until 2013, when she spoke up to deny that they’d had an extravagant ceremony.

The singer hasn’t been seen publicly since her videotaped announcement to fans, but she recently tweeted a tribute to Orlando shooting victims.

Cohen noted that rumors have speculated that Janet was using a surrogate but her brother confirmed she is pregnant, adding “doesn’t know whether she’s going to have a boy or girl.” He did not say when the singer was due.
