Mariah Carey, Nick Cannon spend Easter together with ‘dem babies’ in N.Y.
Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon do love their holidays -- and Easter appears to have been a big enough deal to make it worth reuniting for the sake of the kids.
"Happy Easter!!! #ontheegghunt #NYiswild," the 45-year-old diva said on Instagram, posting a picture of herself and her soon-to-be-former husband and their nearly 4-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe in full hunting mode, with the parents toting bright buckets while the kids hunted for goodies.
Later that day, Carey -- whose rep says she's not dating director Brett Ratner -- posted a shot of herself at home making gluten-free lasagna. "Sounds dull but it's actually good," she said. (Dull or not, we're still thinking that's not a traditional Easter dish.)
"Great Easter in NY!," Cannon said Sunday night on Instagram, captioning a picture taken on an airport runway. "Thanks to Roc&Roe and @MariahCarey now back to LA to finish filming Americas Got Talent! See you in a few hours Hollywood!!"
The 34-year-old TV personality and rapper parted ways with Carey last year, with reports surfacing in August that they were living apart and intended to divorce after getting married in April 2008 and celebrating their union annually with over-the-top vow renewals. Cannon reportedly filed for divorce in December. Their Bel-Air home sold in March.
TMZ reported in January that they'd worked out a property settlement with a little help from a prenuptial agreement that includes a confidentiality clause. If he runs his mouth about their breakup, he owes her a quarter-mil, the site said. If she blabs, she'll have to pay him twice that.
