Another day, another celebrity split: This time Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon are believed to be heading for divorce.

They of the annual vow-renewal spectacular are living apart, according to TMZ, which reported that the divorce plans are a “done deal” on Thursday.

Cannon later confirmed that he and Carey have been living apart, telling “The Insider” that “There is trouble in paradise. We have been living in separate houses for a few months.”

The Grammy-winning songstress, 44, and the “America’s Got Talent” host, 33, wed in the Bahamas on April 30, 2008, weeks after they started dating. Exactly three years later, they welcomed “dem babies” -- twins Moroccan and Monroe. The pair has also performed a lavish vow renewal ceremony every year since, that is until this year. (Looks like his moon landing renewal fell through, or they just didn’t tell anyone about it.)

The couple’s previous ceremonies took place in the Maldives in 2009, at their Beverly Hills home in 2010, at the hospital where Carey gave birth to their twins in 2011, in Paris at the top of the Eiffel Tower in 2012 and at Disneyland in 2013.

TMZ said the pair separated in May and have been living apart in New York. Cannon, 33, has been living in hotels, People reported.

Incidentally, Cannon shut down split reports back in April and the former “American Idol” judge did the same in May, according to E! News.

Divorce lawyers are said to be negotiating property settlements and a custody agreement too -- Cannon is able to see their twins but that’s about it, TMZ said.

Cannon’s March radio show confession about sleeping with celebrities, specifically that he hooked up with reality star Kim Kardashian West, is reportedly what set Carey off. Other points of contention reportedly include Cannon’s ubiquitous gigs, Carey’s refusal to sleep with him before they wed (and his readiness to disclose that on “Howard Stern”), and Carey surrounding herself with “yes men,” TMZ sources said.

“They have been living apart for a while. This is not all of a sudden. There have been issues between them for a while. They are not getting along,” a Carey source told E! News. “She wants to end it and it has been in the works for months, which is why her house in the Bahamas and the house in Bel-Air are on the market.”

Cannon’s manager declined to comment on the reports, and reps for Carey did not respond to The Times’ requests for comment.
