Jennifer Lopez gets star No. 2,500 on Hollywood Walk of Fame
Jennifer Lopez was awarded the 2,500th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Thursday, accepting the honor with just a few tears.
“I cried like almost 15 thousand times,” she said after the ceremony, speaking with the Associated Press. “It was so crazy. But I kept promising everybody I wasn’t going to cry and they were like, ‘Cry!’ ‘You’re not helping!’ But it was an amazing moment.”
Lopez, who had on hand boyfriend Casper Smart and 5-year-old Max and Emme, her twins with ex-husband Marc Anthony, called it a “landmark day” for herself and her family.
