Actor Jamie Foxx is said to have saved a man from a burning car that overturned in front of his home.
He may have played a super-villain, but Jamie Foxx went into real-life superhero mode on Monday when he saved a man from a burning car.
The Oscar-winning “Ray” and “Amazing Spider-Man 2” star pulled a man from his seat after his car overturned in front of the actor’s Hidden Valley home on Monday night, Foxx’s rep confirmed to the Los Angeles Times.

“Jamie didn’t hesitate. He jumped out and ran to the car,” a member of the actor’s team told ABC News.
The Ventura County Fire Department told ABC News that it responded to an accident of the same description on Monday night.
The man’s car is believed to have skidded on a wet road, then hit a ditch and flipped over, reported TMZ, which obtained photos of the grisly scene.
The “Django Unchained” star, 48, heard the accident and reported it to the California Highway Patrol, then, fearing the car would explode, dragged the man, who had been buckled into his seat, about 30 feet from the accident, witnesses told the gossip site.

The man was taken to a hospital, where he was treated for major injuries, according to several reports.
