Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher finalizing long divorce, reports say
Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher have reportedly reached a divorce settlement.
The high-paid celebs, who called it quits on their six-year marriage in November 2011, are said to have signed the paperwork needed to officially end their union.
And it’s about time. Since Kutcher officially filed for divorce on Dec. 21, 2012, the “Two and a Half Men” star has been openly dating his “That ‘70s Show” costar Mila Kunis and the former @mrskutcher has recently been linked to Australian pearl diver Will Hanigan, 30.

The divorce agreement has been drawn up, according to People, and was simply pending signatures from Moore and Kutcher, People reported. The ex-couple will reportedly file the documents next week, according to Page Six.
Kutcher, 35, and Moore, 51, “have finally signed their divorce agreement,” a source told Page Six. “They are about to file paperwork with the court that will formally end their marriage.”
The couple’s marriage came to a halt just after Kutcher allegedly had a sexual tryst with a young blond at a San Diego hotel. Soon after, Moore hit a downward spiral and suffered a breakdown before briefly entering rehab.
The pair have been battling it out with the help of various attorneys since their filing.

“There had been lengthy negotiations between lawyers for both sides about the financial settlement — in particular, how much he owed her from their marriage,” another source told Page Six.
The tech entrepreneur has been named one of TV’s highest-paid male celebrities by Forbes, earning an estimated $24 million just in 2013.
People estimated their joint fortune at more than $300 million and said that Moore was seeking a lump-sum payment of at least $25 million because she believed she had a hand in his numerous tech startups.
“Demi introduced him to powerful friends that took Ashton under their wings,” a source told the mag. “He would not have been able to make so much money if he had not met them.”

And because the “Jobs” star was allegedly cheating on his wife, Moore, who is reportedly worth $150 million, sought spousal support. But TMZ reports that she now thought it no longer mattered.
Since the filing is in California, Kutcher is not accountable because it is a no-fault state.
Kutcher is said to have been “a little more generous than he had to be” in regard to the division of property, and the couple split what they acquired during their marriage.
When they filed for divorce, he had just started his stint on “Two and a Half Men” and wasn’t taking home as big a paycheck as he is now, TMZ said.
Both sides are reportedly satisfied with the settlement.
“They have finally come to an agreement that was acceptable to all sides,” the Page Six source added.
