Judd Apatow, Leslie Mann buy $11 million house in Malibu
Producer Judd Apatow and his wife, Leslie Mann, have purchased a house in gated Malibu Colony. The asking price was $10.95 million.
Described as a contemporary cottage in the listing, the house dates to the 1930s. Features include a courtyard, a sun room, walls of glass, three fireplaces and a guest house. There are four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and 2,550 square feet of living space.
Apatow, 45, has been involved in numerous sitcoms and films including the series “Freaks and Geeks” (1999-2000) and the movies “Knocked Up” (2007) and “The 40-Year-Old Virgin” (2005). Mann, 41, appeared in those two films as well as “17 Again” (2009).
The property last changed hands in 2010 for $5.26 million.
Elisabeth Halsted of Prudential’s Brentwood office was the listing agent.
