Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne sell Hidden Hills manse for $11.5 million
The price Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne got for their Hidden Hills estate has finally made its way into the public record. The couple sold for $11.5 million.
The Cape Cod-inspired mansion, built in 2001, sits on a 2.5-acre promontory off a cul-de-sac in the gated community. It features a paneled study with fireplace, a home theater and studio area, six en suite bedrooms and a guest apartment with kitchenette. The family room of the 11,000-square-foot home has sliding barn doors and a reclaimed brick fireplace.
The grounds include a swimming pool, spa and a barbecue island. A bathroom by the pool raises the total number of baths to 10.
Sharon Osbourne, 60, is a co-host on “The Talk” (2010-present) and has been a judge on “America’s Got Talent” and “The X Factor.” She also is the manager of Ozzy Osbourne, 64, who made his mark as the lead singer of Black Sabbath. The pioneering heavy metal group will tour in Australia in April.
The property came on the market in 2011 at $12.999 million and was also listed for lease at $50,000 a month. The couple paid $12,388,500 for the estate in 2007, public records show.
Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland was the listing agent.
