Brent Bolthouse sells Lautner-designed house
Nightlife impresario Brent Bolthouse has sold his John Lautner-designed house in the Mulholland area for $1.46 million.
Built in 1947, the house features walls of glass that open to more than half an acre of mature trees, gardens and terraces. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,342 square feet of living space.
Bolthouse, 41, is the founder and president of Bolthouse Productions and has launched such nightspots as Hollywood’s Hyde Lounge and the West Hollywood club Trousdale.
The property had been listed at $1.495 million and previously changed hands in 2004 for $975,000.
Chad Rogers and Aaron Kirman of Hilton & Hyland in Beverly Hills were the listing agents.
