Stella Stevens’ swinging ‘60s pad sells for $1.25 million
Stella Stevens and Bob Kulick have sold their longtime home in Beverly Crest for $1.25 million.
Built in 1962, the single-story house retains its original swinging ‘60s vibe and was being marketed as a fixer in “as-in” condition. Custom hand-painted murals and stained-glass windows adorn the interiors.
The 2,806 square feet of living space includes a living room with a fireplace, family room with a bar, a galley kitchen with a breakfast area, four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The back of the house opens to a free-form swimming pool.
Stevens, who was Playboy’s January 1960 Playmate of the Month, kept busy in the 1960s starring in the film “The Nutty Professor” as well as television series including “Bonanza” and “Ben Casey.” Her scores of credits over more than six decades include a stint on “General Hospital.”
Kulick is a guitarist and a record producer.
Public records show Stevens has owned the house since 1965.
Steve Frankel and Michael Collins of Coldwell Banker were the listing agents. Matthew Miller of New Western Acquisitions represented the buyer.
