Director Luke Greenfield pulls in $3.115 million for modern Spanish-style estate in Studio City
“The Girl Next Door” director Luke Greenfield is leaving his neighbors behind after selling his Spanish-style home in Studio City for $3.115 million.
The home is entered through an arched entryway and sports five bedrooms and five fireplaces across 5,446 square feet of living space.
A central landscaped courtyard is accessed by the master bedroom, office and living room, which features disappearing pocket doors for an indoor-outdoor vibe. In the kitchen, custom cabinets and counters topped with Caesarstone and marble surround a center island.
The master suite, outfitted with a sitting area, French doors, dual closets and a fireplace, also features a spacious bathroom with a steam shower. Upstairs, all four additional bedrooms come with bathrooms, walk-in closets and vaulted ceilings, with one featuring a balcony overlooking the frontyard.
In the backyard, a saltwater pool and spa sit next to a detached cabana with a fireplace.
Greenfield first listed the home in September for $3.149 million, according to public records.
Dennis Chernov of Keller Williams Realty Studio City handled both ends of the deal.
Greenfield, 45, founded his production company, WideAwake Inc., in 2004. Since then, he’s directed “Something Borrowed” (2011) and “Let’s Be Cops” (2014).
