‘American Idol’ winner Jordin Sparks lists Hollywood Hills home for $1.85 million
Singer-actress Jordin Sparks has listed her home in the Hollywood Hills for sale at $1.85 million.
The gated ranch-style house, built in 1960, sits on a cul-de-sac and has views of the Hollywood sign and mountains. There are two fireplaces, four bedrooms and three bathrooms in more than 2,509 square feet of living space.
The updated kitchen, once featured on the Food Network, features Carrara marble countertops, a walk-in pantry and a breakfast nook. A large skylight brings natural light into the living and dining rooms.
A swimming pool, fire pit and landscaping make up the backyard.
The property previously changed hands four years ago for $1.5 million, records show.
Sparks, 27, gained fame in 2007 when she won the competition series “American Idol.” She has released three studio albums and has hits that include “Tattoo,” “No Air” and “Battlefield.” As an actress, her credits include the film drama “Sparkle” (2012).
This year Sparks served as a judge for the Miss America pageant.
Victoria Varon of Endeavor Group is the listing agent, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
