Model and actress of Eve LaRue of “All My Children” and “CSI: Miami” fame has listed her home in Woodland Hills for $2.2 million.

The Tudor-style house, built in 1986, sits on nearly a half-acre of grounds in a gated community with tree-lined streets. The open-plan two-story contains a step-down living room, a family room with a bar and built-in entertainment center, a formal dining room with coffered ceiling, a center island kitchen, a breakfast room, an office and maid’s quarters.

An expansive master suite features a living area, a fireplace and two walk-in closets. The 5,157 square feet of living space includes a total of five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and a powder room. Ornate details and decor give the interiors a romantic vibe.

French doors open to an outdoor kitchen and dining room. The decked-out backyard has paths, an ivy-covered fireplace and a fanciful swimming pool with a spa. Stone steps lead up to a secluded gazebo.

The Daytime Emmy Award-winning actress, 48, bought the property in 2009 for $1.8 million. LaRue stars in the upcoming TV movie “Letter Never Sent.” She was on “All My Children” from 1993 to 2011 and on “CSI: Miami” from 2005 to 2012.

Cynthia Ambuehl of the Agency is the listing agent.
