Lakers’ Chris Kaman sells Manhattan Beach home
New Laker Chris Kaman has sold his house in Manhattan Beach for $4.2 million.
The Spanish-style house, built in 2006, features a rotunda entry, six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a terrace and 5,442 square feet of living space on two stories.
The white stucco home with a red-tile roof has a three-car garage with wooden doors and sits on a 7,564-square-foot lot with a walled-in yard.
A star architect to celebrities
The former Dallas Mavericks center, who was on the Los Angeles Clippers for eight years, tweeted Monday that he was joining the Lakers. The free agent signed a $3.2-million, one-year agreement.
Kaman bought the home new for $4.175 million, public records show.
