Producer Bill Fay has listed his Westside home for $2.899 million.

Designed for indoor-outdoor entertaining, the house has a back terrace, flat lawn and a swimming pool with a spa.
A star architect to celebrities
Fay’s credits include executive producer on films including “Sucker Punch” (2011), “The Hangover” (2009), “The Patriot” (2000) and “Independence Day” (1996). He bought the property in 2002 for $1.65 million, public records show.
The Multiple Listing Service considers the home in the 90210 ZIP Code to be in the Beverly Hills post office area. The L.A. Times Mapping Database places it in Beverly Crest.
