Brandon Boyd of Incubus has landed a bohemian horse property in Topanga for $2.5 million. Sure there’s a 3,500-square-foot modern treehouse and a seasonal creek, but check out the yurt.

The 800 square feet of space can function as a studio, an office, a guesthouse or even as a place to display his collection of crystals from around the world.

Set on 2.67 acres, the renovated post-and-beam main house has an open floor plan, two fireplaces, a sun room, three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Wraparound redwood decks take in views of the Santa Monica Mountains.

An outdoor riding arena, a barn with a tack room and a stable also are on site.

Boyd, 40, is the often-shirtless lead vocalist for the rock band Incubus, whose mega-hits have included such songs as “Drive.” The multi-platinum band’s frontman also is a painter and has published three books of his writing and art. He released a solo album, “The Wild Trapeze,” in 2010.

More recently, the musician collaborated on the Ali Grace Jewelry line and is writing a new Incubus album.
