‘Real Housewife’ Lea Black lists her polished pad in Hollywood Hills West
Another day, another “Real Housewife” is making a real estate move in L.A.
This time it’s Lea Black of “Real Housewives of Miami” and her husband, attorney Roy Black, who have put their home in Hollywood Hills West up for sale at $2.895 million.
Built in 1959 and since renovated, the Midcentury home has a polished look with vibrant marble floors, mirrored walls and contemporary fixtures. Walls of floor-to-ceiling windows bring in views extending from downtown to Santa Catalina Island.
The 3,536 square feet of interior space includes an open common area with living and dining rooms, and a family room with a wet bar. On another floor, there’s a screening room with tiered seating and a snack bar. The master suite, one of four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, has a spa-like bath lined in decorative tile.
Terrace balconies extend from each level of the home, extending the living space outside.
The property last changed hands more than a decade ago for $1.76 million, records show.
Steven Spreafico of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Barry Peele of Sotheby’s International Realty hold the listing.
Lea Black appeared on “Real Housewives of Miami” in each of the show’s three seasons. The reality television series last aired on Bravo in 2013.
Roy Black, a civil and criminal attorney, has represented such celebrities as radio commentator Rush Limbaugh, actor Kelsey Grammer and pop star Justin Bieber.
Various “Housewives” cast members have cut a swath through different Southland markets in recent months.
Earlier this year, Kelly Dodd of “Real Housewives of Orange County” put her updated home in Corona del Mar on the market for $6.25 million — nearly $3 million more than what she and her husband paid for the property two years ago.
Changing the channel to “Real Housewives of Dallas,” Stephanie Hollman sold her home in Venice last month for $5.61 million. She and husband Travis Hollman, a Dallas-based businessman, recently bought another home in their home state at auction, reports Candy Evans of Candy’s Dirt.
Lisa Vanderpump of the Beverly Hills installment made a move on a smaller scale, buying a condominium in West Hollywood for $630,000.
