Clothier-producer Brad Zions eyes a change of scenery in Beverly Grove
Brad Zions, the entrepreneur whose career has forayed into film production and clothing design, has listed his contemporary spot in Beverly Grove for sale at $5.795 million.
Built in 2014, the five-bedroom home sits behind walls and hedges about a block from Melrose Avenue. Stone and glass highlight the modern-vibe exterior. The same trend is furthered inside, as walls of windows create indoor-outdoor living spaces.
High ceilings and a modern chandelier top the living room, which has a fireplace. Other common areas include a family room, a dining room and a double-island kitchen.
Up a glass-accented staircase, there’s a lounge and five bedrooms on the second floor. Sliding glass doors open to a balcony overlooking a swimming pool and spa and outdoor kitchen. A private courtyard and a covered patio provide additional outdoor living space.
Zions bought the 4,695-square-foot home in 2015 for $3.85 million, records show.
Michael Eisenberg of Keller Williams Beverly Hills holds the listing, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
Zions has founded a number of businesses including the Los Angeles-based production company Breakout Pictures, Lemonade Restaurants Group and the women’s clothing line Young, Fabulous & Broke. Among his film credits are “Kissing Jessica Stein” (2001) and “Limerence” (2017).
