Keishi Toda has been named president of Hitachi America Ltd., the Tarrytown, N.Y.-based subsidiary of Hitachi Ltd. Toda succeeds Tsuneo Tanaka. Toda, 56, was most recently general manager of Hitachi’s International Sales Division I.
