Beirut’s popular Corniche walkway is eerily quiet

The normally packed Corniche walkway in Beirut is empty. Lebanon ordered citizens to stay at home to fight the coronavirus, but people defied the edict and gathered at the seaside walkway. Police helicopters arrived to order people to return to their homes.
