Punk band All Time Low pogo dances into downtown Las Vegas
Reporting from Las Vegas — The downtown Las Vegas concert scene is becoming more vibrant with the addition of the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center. Now the outdoor music venue has pop punk band All Time Low booked on Saturday, Oct. 6, with co-headliners Sleeping with Sirens and opener One OK Rock from Japan.
All Time Low got its start covering punk songs; the name of the group comes from a lyric in “Head on Collision” by New Found Glory.
Now the band has six studio albums including their latest, “Future Hearts.” The lead single off the album, “Something’s Gotta Give,” has already sold more than 100,000 singles on iTunes.
Some of the group’s biggest songs include “Weightless,” “Dear Maria, Count Me In” and “Therapy.”
Orlando’s Sleeping with Sirens just released “Madness,” the follow up to the band’s previous album, “Feel,” which debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard Top 200. Collectively, the band has sold more than 716,000 combined albums to date, with 102 million album streams and 83 million YouTube views.
One OK Rock formed in 2005, and now is considered one of Japan’s most beloved rock bands, fusing emo, rock and metal into its sound. The group’s first U.S. album comes out on Sept. 25.
Tickets are $31.14.
