Las Vegas is the ultimate place to be on New Year's Eve, preferably at an A-list concert. Hundreds of thousands of people flock to Sin City for a big party night on the town.

If you haven't bought show tickets yet, act quickly. Otherwise you'll have to entertain yourself with dancing fountains and midnight fireworks.

Check out ticket availability for these top Vegas shows for New Year's Eve.

Bruno Mars, shown here at last year's Super Bowl halftime performance, has got to be the hottest show on the Strip. If you don't have tickets to this show at the Chelsea, you're shut out because it's sold out.

But don't despair. If you really want to see Mr. Uptown Funk, the Cosmopolitan makes this offer: Stay two nights in a one-bedroom suite and you'll receive two general admission (standing) tickets. The price tag: $2,363.

If you want to see the chanteuse on New Year's Eve, Caesars' website shows tickets still available, but not the cheap seats. I checked and found two second mezzanine level tickets for $226 each, including fees.
