Cyber Monday ski-lovers sale: Liftopia gives you up to $50 more on gift cards to spend on discounted lift tickets
Liftopia, an online website that offers bargains on lift tickets at more than 250 U.S. and international resorts, has launched a week-long Cyber Monday Sale on gift cards that continues until Nov. 28.
The company is giving buyers as much as an additional 25% on the value of its gift cards. Cards can be redeemed for lift tickets, which the company says are already trimmed up to 80% off prices at some areas.
There are no fees or expiration dates on the cards, which make them great stocking stuffers for folks who like to slide over the snow.
Liftopia’s gift card sale works this way: Spend $100 on a card, get $115; spend $150 on a card, get $175; and spend $200 on a card, get $250.
The sale ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific time Nov. 28. Visit the website for more details and to make a purchase.
Liftopia offers lift ticket bargains at more than a dozen California areas, including Mammoth Mountain, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Mt. Baldy, June Mountain, Snow Summit, Northstar, Heavenly, Mountain High, China Peak, Kirkwood, Sugar Bowl and Royal Gorge.
With a few feet of fresh snow last week in the Sierra, California ski resorts such as Mammoth Mountain, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley are open and ready for schussers and boarders.
