James Worthy on TWC SportsNet’s ‘Through the Lens’ Wednesday
James Worthy was a seven-time All-Star for the Lakers, winning three titles (1985, 1987 and 1988).
On Wednesday, longtime Lakers photographer Andy Bernstein sits down with Worthy for an episode of “Through the Lens” on Time Warner Cable SportsNet.
The two discuss their top-10 favorite photos of Worthy, looking back at Lakers history through the years.
The 6-foot-9 forward was a vital part of the Lakers’ “Showtime” era, joining the team in 1982 as the first pick in the draft.
Bernstein served as senior director of NBA Photos from 1986 to 2011.
He continues to be a significant contributor to NBA Entertainment, covering the sport out of Los Angeles.
A preview is available at TWC SportsNet.
