Power outage hits Fountain Valley
Nearly 850 Southern California Edison customers in Fountain Valley lost power Tuesday afternoon, the company said.
The outage occurred at 1:54 p.m. and affected 848 residential and commercial customers in an area bordered by Slater Avenue to the north and Ellis Avenue to the south, Edison spokeswoman Yvonne Lee said.
Edison restored power to 444 customers by 3:15 p.m. as crews continued investigating the cause, Lee said
