All lanes of westbound 60 Freeway near Riverside reopen after crash
The westbound 60 Freeway near Riverside reopened after a multi-car collision shut down lanes on Tuesday morning.
There were up to eight vehicles involved in the crash, including a big rig that went down an embankment and flipped on its side, said California Highway Patrol Officer Marcelo Llerena.
At midmorning, only the carpool lane was open, with the three main traffic lanes closed. All lanes have since been cleared.
