Catch a whiff of Ojai Valley Lavender Festival
The scent of lavender will be in the air June 28 in downtown Ojai as the annual Ojai Valley Lavender Festival returns to Libbey Park. Vendors will be selling plants, soaps, lotions, art and jewelry. Music, food and speakers on aromatherapy, sustainable farming and field-to-fork eating are on the program. Nearby, the store Summer Camp at 1020 W. Ojai Ave. is staging a vintage home goods and apparel pop-up sale. And just outside town, Larry and Christel Rogero’s 7-acre Frog Creek Farm will be open to visitors who want to tour the fields, pick their own lavender or buy a sachet.
