Hot Property: Lakers executive Ronnie Lester sells Manhattan Beach home for $1.65 million
Update: Lakers Assistant General Manager Ronnie Lester has sold his Manhattan Beach home for $1.65 million.
The Mediterranean-style house, built in 2002, has a two-story-tall living room, a formal dining room and a family room that opens to the kitchen and back lawn. Including a guest suite and a master suite with a vaulted ceiling and a fireplace, the house has a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms in the nearly 4,300 square feet.
Lester, 52, played for the Lakers in 1985 and 1986. His contract expires at the end of the month.
He purchased the property in 2002 for $1.3 million, according to public records.
Edward Kaminsky of Shorewood Realtors, Manhattan Beach, was the listing agent. Brittny Burford of Shorewood Realtors, Hermosa Beach, represented the buyer.
