Matt Battaglia sells Hollywood Hills home
Update: Actor-producer Matt Battaglia and his wife, Tina, have sold their Hollywood Hills home for $3.23 million.
The contemporary home, designed for entertaining and built in 2007, has a media room, office, four bedrooms and 41/2 bathrooms in 4,200 square feet. A swimming pool and spa were added last year.
Battaglia, 45, appears in the recently released movie “Thor.” He has guest starred on “Big Love” (2007) and “24” (2006 and 2007) and was a co-producer on the Golden Globe-nominated “Brothers” (2009).
He bought the land in 2004 for $250,000. The house came on the market last year at $4,595,000.
Ernie Carswell and Christopher Pickett of Teles Properties, Beverly Hills, had the listing, according to the Multiple Listing Service. Anthony Marguleas of Amalfi Estates, Pacific Palisades, represented the buyer.
