Karen Tenkhoff buys loft in Venice’s Dogtown Station
Dogtown Station, which has become something of an entertainment industry hub in Venice, has added producer Karen Tenkhoff to its ranks of owners.
“The Motorcycle Diaries” (2004) and “The Legend of Bagger Vance” (2000) producer has bought a 1,850-square-foot loft at the mixed-used development that was listed at $1.05 million. The unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Her neighbors include Iron Chef Michael Symon, writer-producer-director Neal Brennan of “Funny or Die Presents …” (2010) and “Chappelle’s Show” (2003-06) and actor-comedian Dov Davidoff of “Invincible” (2006). Earlier celebrity owners who have since sold in the gated 35-loft development include actors Dylan McDermott and Bradley Cooper.
Tenkhoff’s transaction was negotiated by Andy McMullen of Chiprut & McMullen Projects and Dogtown Station owner Charlotte D’Elia of RAD Ventures.
