The dish was one of our top 10 recipes for the month of April, along with Joan Nathan’s chilaquiles, Faye and Yakir Levy’s matzo-based cream puffs, and comfort food favorites such as meatloaf and grilled cheese (because you can never have too many recipes for comfort).
