Taco Bell to launch new breakfast menu with waffle tacos and A.M. Crunchwraps
Taco Bell is hoping you’ll extend your late-night, “live más” attitude into the morning. The Irvine-based company is launching a new breakfast menu March 27 at locations nationwide.
The menu includes Cinnabon Delights, the all-in-one A.M. Crunchwrap -- a twist on the brand’s Crunchwrap with scrambled eggs, a hash brown, melted cheese and bacon, sausage or steak wrapped in a tortilla -- and the waffle tacos the company first tested last spring.
The tacos include a waffle shell, stuffed with scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon and cheese and come with a side of sweet syrup to drizzle over the top.

“Breakfast is the fastest-growing day part in QSR [quick-service restaurants], and after years of the same old thing, we’re confident our breakfast will wake up customers’ morning routines,” Taco Bell Chief Marketing Officer Chris Brandt said in a statement.
The full breakfast menu will also include breakfast burritos, A.M. grilled tacos, hot coffee and orange juice.
Breakfast will be offered from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Now, if they could only figure out a way to make the Doritos Locos Taco shell a breakfast item, that would really be something.
