For Super Bowl 2014, all-you-can-drink draft beer at Bludso’s
A year ago, Bludso’s Bar-&-Que on La Brea Avenue opened on Super Bowl Sunday, serving the first of its smoked brisket, ribs, pulled pork, mac ‘n’ cheese, baked beans and rib tips. For Super Bowl 2014, Bludso’s is celebrating with $20-per-person all-you-can-drink draft beer (for those not drinking, there also will be AYCD soda).
Its full menu of Kevin Bludso-barbecued meats and fixings also will be available. (Really, does the Super Bowl get any better than this?)
As the Feb. 2 matchup between the Denver Broncos and the Seattle Seahawks plays out on one of Bludso’s 10 television screens, the beer will be flowing. On tap: Pabst Blue Ribbon, Black Market Hefeweizen, Racer 5 and Scrimshaw Pilsner.
Cocktail specials will be offered too, and there might even be Jell-O shots. Bludso’s gift cards also will be raffled off between quarters.
Call for reservations (there’s a 48-hour cancellation policy), and seating starts as early as 2:30 p.m.
The full Bludso’s menu also is available to order to-go for you own Super Bowl party; pre-orders are strongly encouraged.
