Bon Appétit announces its top 50 restaurants in America, and 4 are in L.A.
As you probably know if you spend much time thinking about the dining scene in this town and the rest of the country, every year, Bon Appétit picks its top 10 new restaurants in America. The list starts with 50 because we all love nominating things as much as we love picking things, don’t we?
Today, the magazine announced its list of 50 restaurants for 2015, which includes four restaurants from Los Angeles: Alimento, Gjusta, Jon & Vinny’s and Petit Trois. (Yes, three of these restaurants opened last year.)
To put it into perspective, there are six each from San Francisco and New York City on this list. And in an effort to spread the love away from the coasts, there are restaurants from Salisbury, Conn., Davidson, N.C., Detroit and Cleveland.
