Rihanna has plunged into her new role as creative director for German sportswear maker Puma, visiting the company’s headquarters this week to pick out colors and fabrics and discuss the line’s future. She wants to “give it a youthfulness, make it hip, basically [make it] Rihanna,” she told WWD. [WWD]

He was formally fired as chief executive on Tuesday after an investigation of his behavior reportedly found “financial improprieties” and abusive behavior toward employees.
