Seth Rogen will be roastmaster for James Franco roast
Seth Rogen has just been announced as the roast master for the upcoming Comedy Central roast of James Franco.
Which guarantees two things: The proceedings will get very raunchy, and there will be a lot of jokes about weed.
Rogen and Franco first teamed up in 1999 on the TV series “Freaks and Geeks” and have since joined forces on “Pineapple Express,” “This Is the End” and the forthcoming “The Interview.”

The roast will tape at Culver Studios on Aug. 18 and air on Labor Day, Sept. 2.
Previous roasts have honored Charlie Sheen, Roseanne Barr, Donald Trump and others.
