Lin-Manuel Miranda rocks more Wheel of Freestyle raps on ‘The Tonight Show’
Missed seeing Lin-Manuel Miranda rap in “Hamilton”? The triple Tony winner offered a taste of his talent to the masses with a visit to “The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon” on Tuesday night, taking a second run at the show’s Wheel of Freestyle — where the player is given three words at random he has to incorporate into a rap. The hip-hop playwright was doing the rounds ahead of hosting “Saturday Night Live” this weekend.
Miranda, who previously rhapsodized about a rainbow, pumpkin pie and Darth Vader during the game’s inaugural run in November, was tasked with Pop Tarts, unicorns, election day and more as he went up against Tariq Trotter of the Roots.
