John Travolta accused by second man in sexual-battery lawsuit

John Travolta is now facing allegations of assault and sexual battery from a second anonymous male masseur, according to an amended complaint filed Monday in U.S. District Court.

Similar to the complaint filed Friday, the amended civil complaint goes into graphic detail about Travolta’s alleged behavior — including unwanted touching and inappropriate nudity — while he was on the table for an in-room massage.

While the first John Doe described events alleged to have taken place in Beverly Hills on Jan. 16, the second referred to an alleged encounter in Atlanta on Jan. 28, according to a court document obtained and published by Radar Online (Caution: Document contains graphic material).

“This second ‘anonymous’ claim is just as absurd and ridiculous as the first one,” Travolta attorney Marty Singer said in a statement released Tuesday. The actor’s team said Monday that Travolta was on the East Coast at the time of the alleged Beverly Hills encounter.

Plaintiffs attorney Okorie Okorocha told People that his clients are remaining anonymous because “the public passes judgment on sexual harassment accusers and people who file lawsuits in general.”

Okorocha told the mag he has evidence to support the claims leveled against the actor but explained, “I don’t want to show my cards at this time.” He told CNN that Travolta and his attorney had “already conceded” the actor was in L.A. on Jan. 16, the date of the first alleged incident.

Travolta and actress Kelly Preston have been married since 1991. Their third child, Benjamin, was born in 2010. Eldest son Jett died in 2009 at age 16 after a seizure during a family trip to the Bahamas.
