‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ character posters get up close and personal

Poster reveals for many of the main characters in "Star Wars - Episode VII: The Force Awakens" tumbled across the Internet on Wednesday, with images being released on social media by the movie's stars and other official channels of "TFA" information.

Images of Leia, Finn, Han Solo, Rey, and Kylo Ren were tweeted and instagrammed, with instant reactions and comments. Weapons such Han's blaster, Finn's lightsaber and Kylo Ren's seemingly unstable lightsaber take center stage with the characters in the facial close-ups presented by Lucasfilm and Disney. Also getting in on the act are the emotions of "Inside Out" character Riley Andersen -- Joy, Sadness, Disgust, Fear and Anger. Pixar, another part of the Disney empire, is having a little fun with the "Star Wars" promotion, and offering up its own take.
